Building Awesome Relationships pt. 2

1. MOMS NEED OUR APPRECIATION 

“I thank my God every time I remember you.”  Phil. 1:3 (NIV)   

“Whenever we pray for you, we always begin by giving thanks to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”  Col. 1:3 (TLB)   

“Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: ‘Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.’ Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.  Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.”  Proverbs 31:28-31 (NIV)   

2. MOMS NEED GOD'S WISDOM 

“But if any of you needs wisdom, you should ask God for it.  He is generous and enjoys giving to all people, so He will give you wisdom.”  James 1:5 (NCV)   

“God has hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge in Christ.”  Col. 2:3 (GW)   

3. MOMS NEED HEALTHY COMMUNICATION 

“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”   Eph. 4:29 (NIV)   

4. MOMS NEED TRUE REST 

“Then Jesus said, ‘Come to Me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.’”  Matt. 11:28 (NLT)   

5. MOMS NEED UNCONQUERABLE FAITH 

“Don't be troubled.  You trust God, now trust in Me.”  John 14:1 (NLT)   

“Trust in Him at all times.  Pour out your heart to Him, for God is our refuge.” Psalm 62:8 (NLT)
